Shipping Information
Most items are in stock and available for immediate delivery. If you ordered several items, we will ship what is immediately in stock and charge your credit card for those items. We will ship outstanding items when we receive them and charge your credit card at the time of shipping.
Orders received Monday - Thursday after noon (12:00) PST are shipped the following day. All orders received after 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all National Holidays.
We deliver to all 50 states and most countries in the world using UPS. Please note that UPS will not ship to P.O Boxes.

Tracking your order
If you want to track your order, you can always do so by going to www.ups.com and type in your tracking # from your order confirmation email. You will always be notified when your order has been charged and shipped with an order confirmation email. You will be given a tracking # at that time.

Return to Sender Policy
cjane.com ships all orders via UPS. If your package is not delivered successfully on the first attempt, UPS will make two more attempts to deliver your package, excluding weekends and holidays. A signature is required for delivery. After a third failed attempt, UPS will hold onto the package for 5 days then return the package to the original sender. Sometimes a package will be returned to cjane.com because the sender provided incorrect information.
If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make 2 attempts to contact you, once via email and once via phone. Once you respond and we can alleviate the situation, your package will be shipped back to you for the amount indicated on your original purchase.
If we do not receive a response from you after our attempts to contact you to resolve the situation, it is our policy to re-stock the items. If the package was returned to us because of a mistake by cjane.com we will absolutely cover the cost to re-ship your package or refund your purchase.

Please keep in mind before any purchase that ALL SALE ITEMS are a FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. All jewelry, handbags, undergarments, apothecary and accessories are also a FINAL SALE. All merchandise that requests an RA # must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached. c.jane reserves the right to refuse a return of items that do not meet our return policy requirements.
No Returns will be accepted without an RA # assigned to each case. Shipping and handling costs are NOT refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping and re-shipping charges associated with returns and exchanges.
